CPC Europe Fund I Announces LandTel Acquisition
Carson Private Capital Europe Fund I announced its participation in the $75 million acquisition of LandTel by Hicks Muse (Europe).
LandTel is a European provider of wireless network broadband services that provides small and medium sized enterprises with wireless networks. The Company is building a state-of-the-art broadband IP network capable of delivering advanced telecom and value-added services.
LandTel represents Carson Private Capital Europe Fund I's sixth portfolio company acquisition.
