Carson Private Capital closed CPC Energy SBS, LP, an entity formed to provide certain qualified Carson Private Capital clients access to two compelling investment opportunities in the Energy sector.
The Partnership invested side-by-side with Carson Private Capital and the Project Operators in two separate yet complimentary U.S. oil and gas projects.
The Partnership was structured to manage downside risk with proved producing hedged oil reserves, yet provide significant up-side return potential with a natural gas exploration program in one of the most active U.S. exploratory regions utilizing advanced technologies.
Carson Private Capital's energy management team has over 60 years of combined experience structuring and managing transactions in the oil and gas sector.
