CPC Energy SBS (B) Announces Sale of Assets
CPC Energy SBS (B), LP announced the sale of its Kansas oil assets as part of the VOC Energy Trust initial public offering (NYSE: VOC) on May 4, 2011.
Additionally, CPC Energy SBS (B) announced the sale of its West Texas oil assets through a competitive auction process in an all cash transaction, and the sale of its West Virginia natural gas project to a strategic partner in an all cash transaction in September 2011.
CPC Energy SBS (B) was formed in 2006 to opportunistically accumulate oil and natural gas reserves leveraging Carson Private Capital's Energy Team's 60 years of combined experience in the oil and gas sector.
