Keepmoat Homes develops homes targeted at the affordable, first-time buyer market in areas outside of London. During the investment period, Keepmoat increased the number of operating regions from four to nine and doubled the capacity of the business becoming the market leader. This business was successfully realized through a sale to French conglomerate ENGIE.
